RenterMagnet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To submit a DMCA notice, email hello@rentermagnet.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL(s) where it appears on RenterMagnet.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices that do not contain these elements may not be actionable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the same subject line and the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
