Rental Expert Membership Agreement

This Rental Expert Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a Rental Expert on the RenterMagnet platform operated by Renter Magnet (DeLand, Florida).

1. Membership Benefits

Your monthly membership includes a public expert profile, inclusion in matching and referral flows, access to lead notifications, and marketing exposure across RenterMagnet.

2. Monthly Billing

The Founding Rental Expert Membership is billed at $49 per month, in advance, through Stripe. Prices may change with prior notice.

3. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with RenterMagnet. You are solely responsible for your services, licensing, taxes, insurance, and business practices.

4. Profile Visibility

We may show, rank, and feature your profile at our discretion based on quality, responsiveness, location, verification status, and other signals. We may pause or remove profiles that are incomplete, inaccurate, or non-responsive.

5. Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate professional information and keep it current.
  • Maintain any licenses required in your jurisdiction.
  • Comply with fair housing, advertising, and consumer protection laws.
  • Respond to leads professionally and promptly.
  • Do not misrepresent your affiliation with RenterMagnet.

6. Referral Program Disclaimer

RenterMagnet facilitates introductions between renters and Rental Experts. We do not guarantee a specific number, quality, or outcome of leads, referrals, or closed transactions, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a renter, property, or third party.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership for violations of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, or if we determine continued membership poses risk to renters or the platform.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
