The names, logos, product names, taglines, and other brand assets of RenterMagnet, Rent-Specials.com, Occupancy Boost™, and any other brand operated by PassionFlower Marketing (collectively, the "Brand Assets") are proprietary to their respective owners. This policy explains how third parties may — and may not — use them.

What You May Not Do Without Permission

• Use our Brand Assets in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by RenterMagnet or PassionFlower Marketing when none exists.
• Register domain names, social media handles, business names, or trademarks that incorporate our Brand Assets or confusingly similar variants.
• Modify our logos (color, proportions, cropping) or place them inside another logo.
• Use our Brand Assets in advertising, merchandise, or marketing materials without prior written permission.
• Use our Brand Assets in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

Fair Use / Nominative References

You may refer to RenterMagnet or Rent-Specials.com by name in accurate, factual references (for example, news articles, referrals, or comparisons), provided the reference:

• Uses only the name in plain text, not the logo, without permission.
• Does not imply endorsement or partnership.
• Does not use our Brand Assets more prominently than your own.

Approved Partners

Approved partners, integrators, and affiliates may receive specific written permission and asset kits. Contact us before using Brand Assets in any commercial context.

Reporting Misuse

To report misuse of our Brand Assets, email hello@rentermagnet.com with the subject "Trademark Report."
